Cancellation Policy

Below are the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy of AC Locksmiths, effective immediately from January 2023 and will be applicable and ongoing unless otherwise advised. The reason these apply, is to respect each other’s time and to also ensure the respect of other people who may have wanted to book in your space. This policy ensures your understanding of our booking terms. 

 

1. Booking Cancellations: You will receive your Booking Confirmation via an SMS message or email message outlining your booking date and time. If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

$75 (Business Hours 8 am – 5 pm)
$120 (After Hours 5:01 pm – 7:59 am) 

This fee is required to be paid via bank transfer within 2 days after your cancellation. 

 

2. Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 48 hrs’ notice, and as a result, the cancellation policy will apply. If you need, rescheduling can occur if more than 48 hours notice is provided.

 

3. If you turn up for your booking late, then it is at our discretion to rebook it or charge the cancellation fee.

 

4. If you do not turn up at all, your technician will wait for 15 minutes, then reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply the cancellation policy automatically without providing notice or reason.
